Returns and Refund Policy
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No worries. At Vascara, you have the option to return items within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. In addition, we offer a generous 30-day return policy, provided the item meets the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in its original condition
- Be unworn and unused
- Include all tags and labels
- Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or an invoice
Would you like to return an item? Please contact us at info@vascara.nl. We will guide you step by step through the return process. Once your return has been approved, you will receive a shipping label and further instructions from us. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, contact us as soon as possible at info@vascara.nl. We will gladly resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
Exchanges
Would you prefer a different item? The fastest way is to return the original product and place a new order once your return has been approved.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and, where possible, in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation. If approved, the full purchase amount will be refunded within 10 business days using the original payment method.
Please note that it may take several additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
